The staff were amazing icluding the breakfast/kitchen staff and housekeeping. The hotel has a very inviting vibe, which is enhanced by the very friendly staff. The situation of the hotel is close to the train station, which enables travel all around Berlin easy. I would like to give a mention to Michael and Sona from reception who were amazing with their knowledge and help to myself and my grandaughter, they gave us such a great experience. The staff in the breakfast room were fantastic. The breakfast was exceptional, well presented and so tasty. The chief was a very happy man who engaged so nicely with the guests. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel and clean hotel. The hotel is situated in an quiet area in the western city area. Fitness room with sauna was great. could stay here at my next visit to Berlin.
