We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and will definitely come back during our next holiday. My husband had already visited the Waldorf in the Maldives, and we were very happy with the experience here in Cairo as well. The staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling, especially Abdallah (the lifeguard), Esraa, and Maryam, Nourhan,Nour ,who were waitresses at Ayda Restaurant — they were so kind and made our daughter feel very special. The Head Chef was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious — everything was perfect and beyond our expectations. The reception team was very helpful, and housekeeping was outstanding. Very modern, clean and customer friendly hotel with direct acces to the airport terminal. Great quality of food. Probably best option to stay if You have morning flight/late arrival or just wants to avoid getting into Cariro trafiic during Your stay. Rooms are big, bright and clean. We took 2 queens bed for family 2+2 and it was perfect choice. Windows are 100% soundproof so You dont feel like staying so close to the airport. Service is fast and very friendly.
