Excellent catering service which I received in Basilico, Greek, Indian and French restaurants ! Also the open buffet was really good too! Credit to Mr Abo for his accompany and problem serving attitude in my first night of arrival. Credit to Mr Ahmed in Basilico and Greek restaurant for his fast response and kind service . We had a great time. Many thanks to the staff, who are trying to make your stay wonderful. The managers Jordain Joseph, Wael Gomaa, Sherif, Adel Ezzat and our favorite bar boys Hossam and Mohammed. We enjoyed the food, snorkeling, beautiful views. The position of the resort is very good, you can walk to Old Market easily.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, good cleaning, variety of food in the restaurant, delicious and fresh, always enough, good choice and always something new, beach was always clean, best location- you have both sandy beach and diving/snorkeling, bars working quick- you basically never have to line up and wait. Staff is friendly and polite, never annoying. Shuttle bus works like a clock.
