Lovely hotel, we got a free upgrade to a suite which was nice. It’s a little out of town so we needed to get a taxi but that cost less than €10. The girl on reception was very nice and helpful

The hotel is centrally placed; in fact, it couldn't be more central. Very pleasant and helpful staff, and a comfortable room above one of the narrow streets on which the Bull Run takes place. Excellent breakfast, we really enjoyed our stay. The city of Pamplona is ideal for visiting the Bodega Otazu, a short drive from the city centre. I would like to return to visit both the city ad hotel on another occasion.

Great location, right in the old town but very quiet. Plenty of restaurants and nightlife around the corner. Very friendly and helpful staff, great communication before arrival to make sure we could get there without any issues. Excellent breakfast.

Out of the way hotel but that meant it was quiet. Very good eve meal and superb breakfast. Staff very accomodating.

Fantastic hotel, staff were great, very friendly, very helpful. Room was clean and bed/pillows were comfortable. Had dinner which was delicious.
