The staff at the reception was very friendly and the hotel has a great location right in the city centre! I also really appreciate their hair-dryer!

The hotel was beautifully clean and maintained with large areas of communal space to sit in. The restaurant was very good, the food was very reasonably priced and a good standard. The staff were fantastic all very friendly and helpful. Public transport was very good and easy to use.

Located near Santa Cruz's yacht club, this hotel is 10 minutes' walk from the city centre. It offers modern air-conditioned rooms with a private balcony, flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi.

Cant believe this is only 2 star!! Yes no lift but great facilities. Cafe next door. Excellent.
