Room (Rosie) was beautiful, with separate entrance and private deck and garden. Bed was luxuriously comfortable. Street parking was close and convenient. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Dinner was excellent.

A Grade II Listed building, The Bird in Hand offers modern rooms in a traditional setting. The rooms have plasma-screen TVs and there is free Wi-Fi in the all areas.

A wonderful and cozy place to spend the weekend. We had a relaxing experience and an amazing dinner by the fire. The location is great as a base to visit the cotswolds. Absolutely recommended!

Definitely best place to stay. We are 100% coming back next year. Very clean. Love the garden outside for my dog . Dog friendly and staff there were very very friendly, helpful. Nice place to relax and enjoy your stay. The food is delicious. The atmosphere is so good and you feel so relaxed there. Old style building and fireplace making you so cozy and comfortable. The room was warm and felt luxurious with a very comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the restaurant, where we ate dinner and breakfast, was excellent. We could even play Scrabble in the lounge area after dinner.

The Blue Boar is a former coaching inn that sits on Witney’s market square. It offers a restaurant serving homemade food and rooms with baths and showers.

We loved everything and particularly liked the friendly service from Emily both on check in and later in the bar. The room was lovely and we really enjoyed dinner snd breakfast. It was good to have so many vegetarian choices .
