Situated in a lovely part of London, well connected with central London. The room was great, clean and well equipped. Really comfortable matress, hot drinks available in room. Breakfast was amazing, staff friendly and helpful. We also got free vouchers for drinks at the bar in a stunning beer garden, which was a lovely surprise. We will definitely stay there again

Most probably the best hotel experience I have had so far in 20 years. Amazing hotel, perfect location next to Hyde Park, beautiful rooms, very very good breakfast. But the best thing about it: the people. Everyone was extremely helpful and the level of the service was the highest possible class. People in reception, doormen, people at the breakfast and of course - bar tenders = everyone was excellent. We were very impressed. And they even take care of small details that remain in clients memory: after checking they brought us hand made cookies and even if we did check-out 06:00 in the morning they organised us tasty take away coffee in 5 minutes. Amazing experience and we will stay there again DEFINITELY.

Very clean hotel. I was in the room with my wife and my daughter. I was very surprised that they have provided normal and very comfy mattress for my daughter. From my experience with other hotels, they usually let you sleep on the sofa bed mattress. This was very important for us as after all day of exploring London it was very easy to recharge the batteries. The hotel is located about 2-min walk from the nearest bus stop. And then from there we could easily reach city centre. 1 minute walk there was a small grocery shop where we could buy drinks, snacks etc. 100% recommended. Very nice staff.

Usally we don't write reviews about accommodation. However, for the Hotel Xanadu, we would like give a positive-feedback: The staff (front desk & breakfast) is one of the best, which we have ever experienced in Europe. We appreciate smoothly early-checkin & late-checkout. Also about all the care and hospitality they all gave to us and letting us feel like home in Ealing. It was our third stay in the Hotel Xanadu. We definitely will come back again. Thank you so much!!!
