Room was clean,spacious and comfortable. Entire personnel was very polite,friendly and professional. Breakfast was tasty and offered a lot of varieties. All in all great experience, will definitely stay here during the next visit to Dubrovnik.

we were so grateful to be upgraded to the presidential suite. It was a memorable stay at Hotel Dubrovnik Palace.

We had the apartment on the top floor. The equipment was very comfortable and we liked it. There is nothing missing and also the check-in was fast and uncomplicated. The location is right in the center of the old town.

It is a cozy room in the heart of the old town with all the amenities we needed.Everything was nearby. Also, the bus station was 3 minutes away.The host was professional and polite, and he also gave us a lot of useful tips. We really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend it. Thanks for everything :)

This location was ideal! Didn't have to struggle up steps in old town - the apartment is right by Buza gate inside old town. Could not complain one bit. Rooms was big, spacious and clean. Loved it.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The location, facilities, place are like a hotel, but these were apartments managed by 2 nice women that help us with everything and explained us everything we need to know about Dubrovnik. You only walk 10 steps and you have an amazing view of the Lovrijenac Fortress and 3 minutes walk to the Pile Gate. Basically you have a priviledge location, views, you have to walk almost nothing (instead take the bus, taxi, Uber) to visit the Old City and all the touristic options. The provide us with an organic soap and shampoo that smelled amazing, also I liked the bathroom and the loo were separated. The only thing is that because they're apartments, there are no lifts, I mean they're not necessary because it is only 3 or 4 floors. I visited it with my mom, she has a hip problem, so I extra asked them if we could stay in the first floor that we only had to go just one floor and they were going to arrange it with no hesitation, but at the end WE (my mom and I) decided to stay in the second floor, just because it was not such a problem. I'm just mentioning this, that if you're planning to visit, you have this in consideration if you want to stay here, I totally recommend it, and if I come back, I will try to stay there again, but just be sure to mention or ask it in advance or in any case you have more extreme health issues, take note. In general because of my, everybody were telling us that Dubrovnik is an issue, that you have to walk a lot, and well it is, but we saw a lot of elder people and that's why this location is amazing, the price totally worth it, you can wake up really early and walk 1 minute and see beautiful things or stay until very late, because first Croatia is really safe but the accommodation is so closed that it is not necessary to ask for a taxi/uber/bus.
