Very spacious, clean, well thought out. The space was beautiful and felt really homely. The privacy of the environment was also wonderful. The staff were all perfect in accommodating questions, needs, helping at all times to find what we needed they also gave us personal recommendations for tours which we did, better priced than others and we had an incredible time. Definitely ask them about snorkelling with the turtles! We would definitely stay with them again!!! They also have bikes that you can rent per day which was just a highlight of the stay too as meant we could bicycle around the island easily. I also left an important piece of jewellery at the villa.and left the island. They kindly located it and their communication and kindness in getting the item.on a fast boat to me in Bali and their work to help me resolve that was just above and beyond. We love that place and it was the second time I stayed there and for sure not the last time. The rooms are simply wonderful with an own pool and a lot of lovely details. Shops and restaurants and beaches very close by and with bycicles there are anyhow no long distances on the island. A great thanks to Alina and her team for the great hospitality!

They Villa was absolutely stunning and Mr. Yudi was a gem. He guided us what to do and what to avoid in Gili T. We had some request for cooking dishes and Mr. Yudi arranged it in just 2mins. Really good job Yudi 👏

just perfect nothing more to say, the staff was just super reactive and sooo helpful, they take care of everything, they upgraded us for free, the localisation is just perfect. the bar in front was the perfect facilities needed, the breakfast is very good, they have transat, towels, masker for snorkling, you see the turtles from the bar. thanks you for this amazing staycation.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional but I have to say the staff is exceptional. The beach and the swimming pools is out of a fairytale and the quiet elegance of the whole hotel is so good for the soul. The food and service excellent . Afternoon tea such a nice touch. Breakfast outstanding

Beautiful and intimate resort with all around lovely staff. Dini & Ken as well as the Concierge desk were especially good at making us feel at home. The spot is perfect to relax far from the large tourist crowds.
