The location and neighbourhood are great. Close to Station, shops, sea promenade, great restaurants. Amazing view on the bay. Room very nice and spacious. Bathroom is a bit small but very functional with a perfect shower. Personnel very friendly and available, eager to help and make your staying as comfortable as possible.

The breakfast room was delightful and the breakfast provided was very tasty and homely. Loved the freshly baked items which were differenct every day. The hosts were so lovely and very accommodating. They certainly made one feel right at home. The accommodation was excellent and would definately stay here again. Good breakfast (with unsweet possibilities like eggs, ham, cheese). Staff very friendly and willig. The breakfast room is rather small, but there is a nice terasse, when the weather allows to sit there. We had a small room, but absolutely sufficient for a short stay, plenty of storage space. Everything was clean. Location was perfect - 10 minuts by walk to anywhere (the port, metro stations, old town, Spanish quarter, bus to the airport).

Just 100 metres from the Cavalleggeri d'Aosta Metro Stop, Hotel Cristina offers free private parking and rooms with modern furnishings and free Wi-Fi.

Our room had a fantastic view of the sea, which was very relaxing to wake up to. The bed was very comfortable with a mattress and pillows of memory foam. The breakfast included delicious cakes and the level of service was excellent. The best part was the proximity to the tony neighborhood of Chiaia, with elegant shops in restored buildings and nice cocktail bars. Very positively surprised about how beautiful a visit to Napoli can be when in a very clean and organized hotel.

While our trip began with some challenges—our flight being canceled, for example— Palazzo Esedra team’s efforts truly turned things around and made this trip a memorable experience. Although the hotel is rated 4 stars, the service we received was definitely 5-star quality. The care, attention, recommendations and assistance provided throughout our stay were exceptional! The housekeeping team, in particular, was outstanding in maintaining cleanliness and attending to every detail in our room. One suggestion I have is to consider adding more variety to the breakfast buffet, perhaps by including more vegetables. Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would happily recommend your hotel to friends and family. Special thank you to Alberto and his team!!
