Erika sent precise, accurate directions and was there waiting for us. She gave us much information about Brescia and spent a lot of time answering any questions we had and also texted us restaurant recommendations. Nothing seemed to be a trouble, even making restaurant reservations when we couldn't get through. She is a very thoughtful person who goes out of her way to assist. The appartment is very clean and well cared for. We found the bed very comfortable. The location is perfect - in a quiet street very close to the centre of the city and a Metro station and bus stops with easy access to other locations in Brescia. There are many cafes close if you don't want to make your own breakfast and good restaurants nearby. L'Altana is highly recommended. Brescia is a lovely city with lots to see and do. AC Hotel Brescia is a modern hotel just off Via Cassala, the main road that leads to the train station and to the city centre. The Franciacorta countryside is a 15-minute drive away.

I've stayed at this hotel before - it's always good value for money. The property is getting a bit old but it is generally well maintained, clean and tidy and the staff are always helpful. Handy to the metro for getting around. All round a happy experience and will be happy to stay again next time.

The location is not easily accessible by public transport so you will definitely need a car but that is the only thing rather than that an amazing place with great staff and services

Staff was super nice and room was clean, I did not expect that we would get a closed box in a garage and that was a huge plus because we traveled with motorcycles. Breakfast was also delicious.
