NH Hotel is the most frequently used chain hotel when traveling to Europe. This is because it is a good value hotel with friendly and excellent service from well-trained staff. During my two-month trip to Europe, I stayed at the NH Bologna Villanova Hotel in Italy for 3 days and 2 nights from October 4th to 6th. As soon as I checked in, my wife was bitten by a mosquito in her room, so I asked the reception staff and they immediately replaced me with a new room. As soon as I entered the room, I was bitten by a mosquito and was embarrassed, but the staff's prompt action calmed my mind. Although it is located a 30-minute drive from the center of Bologna's old town, there is a large shopping mall and various new restaurants around the hotel, and it is a quiet and secluded place, so it is a really convenient place to relax and relax, so I was satisfied, but on the third day when I checked out, I went to Laundry. In the process of checking the wedding gown that had been entrusted with service, I discovered that the wedding gown had been severely deformed due to the laundry service company's carelessness. I complained to the staff, and the staff told me that if I sent a photo via email, they would forward it to the hotel manager and take action. So, trusting NH Hotel's service and staff, I checked out and departed for my next destination. Afterwards, I requested compensation via email along with photos, and the hotel manager responded directly and kindly guided me through the processing process, ultimately providing full compensation. A few years ago, at the NH Hotel in Genoa, Italy, there was a mistake in assigning the wrong room, but it was handled quickly and kindly, so I was satisfied with the kindness and service of the NH Hotel staff. This time, they also handled it kindly and quickly in line with NH Hotel's reputation. We would like to express our gratitude to the hotel manager MICHELE BARINI and his staff.

The room was amazing ,super clean and comfortable.The location perfect to walk everywhere in Bologna and the manager of the rooms was helpful, friendly and accommodated our every need.He even let us check in earlier than the normal check in times. We will definitely choose the same rooms for our next trip to Bologna.
