Position close to the center, a 5 minutes walk. Big parking right in front of the hotel. Staff very friendly and supportive. Great breakfast. Strong wifi. Rooms clean, modern, confortable, well fitted for a 4 star , even coffee machine. Beds very confortable. At the last floor a nice panorama view bar restaurant. The greatest choice for Cremona. We would come back with pleasure. 10

Very good location near the church. Breakfast always of a good standard, warm & cold options. All staff very friendly and remember your order. Room is a good sice and bed linen good quality. Shower very good.

It was such a nice hotel. The room was clean, the receptionists were great and we also visited restaurant in the evening when we came there. I can only reccomend this accomodation. It's really great option for everybody - also for families because of playground.

We only spent one night on our journey from Slovenia to Turin, and the hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly—as if you were at someone's home. Every step you take is surrounded by art. Since we don’t speak Italian, they took us on a private tour of the castle and an art exhibition—I highly recommend it! Because the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, they recommended and booked dinner for us at a nearby restaurant, where the food was excellent. If you’re looking for peace, friendly staff, art, and history, this is the hotel for you.

We liked everything. The receptionist, Rebecca, was very helpful, spoke good English, and professionally dealt with our queries. She wasn't 100% sure if the restaurant was open that night as it is only used if there are groups staying. (It turned out that it was open). But Rebecca offered to organise for someone to give us a lift the 2km back into town and recommended a restaurant if we were going to have to do that. Our room was good and large and the bathroom had a fantastic large bath with decent shower in it. We had an exceptionally good dinner. Matthew, our waiter, was fantastic. Good English, polite, efficient, with great enthusiasm, and he definitely wanted us to understand everything on the menu. The food was delicious. The grounds of this venue are beautiful, with the pond full of frogs and lots of rabbits running across the lawns. Breakfast was good.

Everything was perfectly orchestrated. The staff were exceptionally attentive and courteous and welcoming and made you feel special at every interaction. The place was charming ,peaceful , renovated with class and attention to detail and maintained spotlessly. Lastly the restaurant was excellent. The two dishes I had were outstanding and adapted to my dietary needs with little effort, its location, close to Milan makes it a perfect stop.

Cleanliness, dinner and breakfast, staff was very nice.
