Lady at the reception was really nice and welcoming, and rooms were really clean. Having a balcony was a big plus for us. This place has its own closed parking area, which is nice, as I didn't have to think if something will happen to our car while we were off exploring Venice. The location is great for both getting on and off the highway, but also close to Venice. Near the hotel are bus lines 53E, 6 and 6L that will lead you directly to Venice.

Loved, loved, loved all about it!!! The best service, amazing staff, very clean, modern Venetian style. Breakfast was superb, location by the water, walking distance from the train station and everywhere. Great restaurants nearby and delicious food. Also, complimentary use of umbrellas when it rained was plus. Highly recommend it and we would definitely come back. Thank you Carnaval Palace!

The Aqua Palace exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we felt pampered. All the staff (front desk, bellhop, waitress) were warm and friendly. Our room was large with high ceiling and windows, and Venetian style furnishings, that overlooked the canal. Absolutely gorgeous view and room. We felt like we were in a Venetian castle. The breakfast buffet was delicious with an array of food options. They even served Prosecco! The hotel is perfectly situated - walking distance to St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. If we ever return to Venice, we will definitely stay at the Aqua Palace again.

The location of this hotel was excellent - it was near a vaporetto stop on Venice's Grand Canal. We had a view of one of the smaller canals frequented by gondolas. The breakfast was excellent; the room was comfy, large, and bathroom facilities were excellent.
