EVERYTHING!! This was my first time to Italy and Venice was first on the list of my friend and I's week of travel. The hotel, staff, location was perfect! The staff went above and beyond and so friendly that it certainly helped to kick start a great time in Italy. I will be going back for maybe a long weekend, like it's only 2 hours away and the hotel exceeded expectations. Close location for taxi from airport to hotel, and even better location for train station to wherever we needed to go. Highly recommend this hotel and Italy train travel

The staff were exceptional at the location, truly the best! The bed was comfy but the pillows were super flat. The issue was fixed when I asked for more, they were delivered right away. The parking was easy and the cost for the facilities was perfect. Would definitely stay again!
