We loved the service. Fabulous team, special mention to Giovanni, Eleonora and gentlemen who had the night shift. The rooms were Victorian giving you the experience of living in Venice. Extremely thoughtful welcome package with goodies. As all Venice rooms, this one was small as well but very well planned and comfortable. Bang in the middle of Piazza San Stefano and few steps away from Academia Bridge really was a perfect spot.

The view is absolutely amazing, not to mention the sun sets and location. For us an easy walk from St Mark's Square. We had to extend our stay at the hotel for several days due to an injury, and even had to call in a doctor. In this case the staff were incredible and did their upmost to keep us in the same room for as long as possible. My only gripe is that the shower is over a bath in some rooms, which made it difficult due to my injury - not the hotel's fault though of course. Stefano and his team were incredibly helpful and very understanding of our situation. They even lent us a wheelchair at no extra cost, which I can tell you, made my stay with my injury far more tolerable! To be able to go out and about made all the difference to me and my husband, who by his own admittance, had had enough of enjoying Venice alone after a couple of days. When we go next time, we will definitely be staying at the Hotel Bucintoro again.

Great location, amazing historical building and very comfortable rooms right in the center of Venice, walking distance to san marco and Rialto. the staff was very professional and helpful to get a taxi boat back to the airport. great breakfast. My daughter and I had a wonderful time staying at the Casa Verardo hotel and we’d highly recommend it to other travellers. The hotel is conveniently situated only five minutes away from the San Marco square and the San Zaccaria vaporetto station. It was therefore easy for us to quickly reach the heart of city while also being able to enjoy the peace and quiet of the somewhat remote street, where the hotel is located. The whole place has a charming atmosphere and the interiors are beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was continental, with sufficient choice of sweet and savoury foods, including some gluten-free pastry as well. I especially have to commend the hotel staff who were all incredibly friendly and helped us with everything we needed, including allowing us to keep our luggage at the hotel for a few hours after checking out. We look forward to coming back at some point for sure!
