Everything!! 1. The staff - amazing, never met any assistance and hospitality as we did here.. whenever I asked for anything , day or night, rapid response straight away, whatever I was asking for - rightaway, always free of charge, with a smile on a face. Any help with finding extra services outside the hotel - they are there to help. We were in three other hotels around and in Tulúm, and even though 5* - they were not so keen on helping out, always we were there on our own to investigate services outside the hotel. 2. Hotel - clean, cosy, beautiful design, nice music, the accessories , the gym, the pool, and our beachfront ground floor room - everything amazing. Warm water in our pool, ideal for the evenings and sunrise experience. Super comfy bed, delicious coffee, beautiful toilet, super relaxation area by the beach. 3. The food - OMG, best breakfasts ever in Fresco restaurant, and the second restaurant Ziggy’s - one of the best in whole Tulum!! Must try the Tuna Nachos, and the burger.. 4. Very good location, although there are many hotels near by, this one (and TheBeach) has its own intimate , palm beach, silence, and cleaningness, close everywhere, walking distance. Neighbourhood hotels do not give this tropical experience.

This secluded guest house is located outside the village of Tulum, only a short cab ride of the beach. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens.

I loved the property and the staff. Wifi was very good and no problems connecting up to do some work. The room and bath room were great as was the swimming pool. It was a quiet area but within 5 mind walk to the main street. Charles was a wonderful host and the lad at the front desk was very helpful in arranging a couple of tours for me.

It's true to the name 'Boutique' and a 100% like the photographs. I reached here in the midnight & I was greeted by a beautiful old gentleman. I don't remember the name but he was welcoming. The property was safe for a solo traveller especially women. The boutique is overall picturesque - with the central pool & the tree - wish the pool water was warm. The room had earthy tone, which makes one really calm. Comfortable bed. They had a pretty big kitchen and I loved that (I did not use it.) It's in the heart of the city centre - so you can walk around to eat and explore the town.

Central but very quiet. Spacious und well equipped rooms. There a beautiful garden and roof terasse with many places to relax. Guillermo does a phantastic job and helps whenever he can - thanks a lot. Only the small attached Cafe is a bit sleepy. But just across the road is good breakfast place and the French bakery in the main road 10min away serves very good breakfast as well.

The concierge Arnold was very helpful in arranging bicycle rental, transportation to and from the hotel, and recommendations for local restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our room, Encantada was one of the most beautiful rooms with sea view. Sleeping with the sound of the waves is a wonderful experience. There is every comfort you will need in the room. Minibar prices are very reasonable. It may be due to the season we went there, but even though our room was on the beach, we did not feel any discomfort with the sound of music. We were very pleased with the breakfast. But the most valuable thing was the attention and helpfulness of the employees. Pau and Melissa from public relations supported us in every way and gave good restaurant recommendations. They prepared a takeaway (even gluten-free!) breakfast on our tour day. Provided yoga mat for our practices. In the evenings, Mario provides extremely polite and classy service. Omar also gives very detailed recipes. Daniel and Gaspar on the beach, William at breakfast and Jorge at the reception provided an extremely high-quality service. Thanks to all the staff, we definitely recommend it.

Location, staff (Andres took full ownership and went above and beyond) and stunning views. It’s located at the start of the hotel zone so very easy to get a cab to Downtown and hotel strip. The Food and drinks were complimented with stunning beach views.

Pros: Convenient location. Excellent and aesthetic facilities. Bicycles available at no extra cost. Spacious room with ocean view, outside terrace, and rooftop plunge pool. A/C was working greatly. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Friendly and attentive staff--Javier (front desk), Javier (beach bar), and Christian and July (guest services) were particularly exceptional. Food and drinks (from Maresias, as we didn't try Ocumare) were great. The beach area was clean and smooth (compared to other areas of Tulum where the beach is rocky and rough), with excellent DJ/music. Despite some similarities, we liked it better than its sister hotel, Nomade (where we went for lunch one day).
