Excellent breakfast. Mr Ayub and his team were excellent.

Mr. Sultan Al Harthi was so helpful to allow me an early check in. He was polite, positive and very general. He accommodated my requests immediately when I tried to change my booking stay. All other shift staff including the duty managers were helpful and accommodative. Excellent customer service. Also AbdulRahman from the Concierge staff was another hero. Very effective managed to book me a hotel ride to the train station and also offered to book me the train station ticket to Al Madinah. Honestly speaking I usually stay at the Fairmont hotel but these two changed my perspective about Swissotel. I’m definitely going to be their regular customer.
