The property is very beautiful, even more so in reality than in pictures. The pool was fantastic and we enjoyed the bath tub aswell. Probably the nicest hotel we ever stayed in, very luxurious. Value for money!

The hotel grounds are exquisite and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Free shuttel to the beach clubs were a plus. We also got upgraded to a stunning penthouse with its own private pool which made the stay even more memorable.

I had an incredible stay at The Pavilions Phuket. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, helping to organize my wife's birthday with a delicious villa BBQ, balloons, flowers, and a surprise birthday cake. The facilities were excellent, and the food was consistently delightful.

    I travel a lot and don't often leave reviews but every hotel should have a geberal manager like Albert. He and his staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The facilities, staff & breakfast were all 5 star. Nai Thon is also a stunning beach.This is our new favourite hotel in Phuket and we can't wait to come back.
