The Chill was one of the best hotels I have stayed at due to the kind, friendly staff that made the stay with my young family so enjoyable. No requests too big or small, they do their best to help. Gorgeous view and lovely rooms. The breakfast was delicious and has a wide range available. Perfect location for me and my family, we will definitely return. Thank you! ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay at The Stage. The room was big and clean, the location was perfect and cozy, 3 minutes by walk from the beach. Since we spend wonderful 10 days at the hotel, I would like to say more especially regarding some previous bad reviews I was reading about: -if you find ants in the room, welcome to the jungle: the hotel is surrounded by the green, it's normal to have some little animals around. If you avoid spreading crumbles of food around, anyway, ants won't come. -the pool is clean, the staff takes care of it every morning. Well you might find some leaves in it and insects but again, welcome to the jungle. Koh Chang is suffering of lack of water because of too many resorts and huge pools, and beautiful natural rivers are being destroyed because of it. If the water is recycled and not crystalline, I honestly think it's even better. -The breakfast is very simple: yes, it's a 2 star hotel. And the fruit is always fresh. -the staff is always available, if there is nobody at the reception, they are just in the resort in front of you and they take 1 minute to come to you if you call, but we found someone at the desk most of the time. They are all very kind: I was one day at the hospital and when they knew it, they unrequested picked me up with a private taxi for free. I really appreciated a lot their help and I am very thankful for this. Altogether: the hotel is perfect for quality-price and Kai Bae is in my opinion the best beach if you like having a daily appointment with a stunning sunset and kayaking to beautiful islands during the day. The area has many shops and you can really live the local life and at the same time have a big choice within a lot of restaurants. Do you want a huge and prefect pool? A fancy breakfast? No insects? Go to Gaja Puri, it's a resort right in front of The Stage more expensive but with higher standards, and it's owned by the same family. To me, The Stage was a perfect stay.

The Resort staff Naa and Auii went above and beyond to accommodate our room preferences, which made our stay even more enjoyable... The bungalows are beautifully built and the grounds lovely, tropical and well kept. A gorgeous hideaway place to stay.

We went to stay at Mercure Koh Chang hotel for my holiday with some of my friend, we arrive here in the evening so we decide to have dinner in the hotel, trust me the food here is very good and reasonable price. The pool is big and the hotel is directly to the beach, have Starbuck Kiosk at the pool.

We recently stayed at Grand View Resort, and it was such an enjoyable experience that we ended up extending our stay by three more days. The hotel’s prime location near White Sand Beach is one of its biggest highlights. It’s also conveniently close to numerous excellent restaurants (like Beach Tango that we like the most or 15 palms that’s good as well), making dining out a breeze. You can dive straight into the ocean directly from the hotel grounds, with convenient access just a few steps from your room. We chose a sea-view deluxe room with a pool, and it was absolutely perfect. The room was comfortable and offered stunning views, making it an ideal place to unwind. What we loved most about the resort was the overall ambiance. The spacious garden, cozy atmosphere, and the privacy of having no tourists passing through the resort’s grounds created a serene and relaxing environment. It truly felt like a peaceful sanctuary amidst the natural beauty of Koh Chang. The staff was another standout feature of our stay. They were always helpful, attentive, and incredibly friendly, making us feel warmly welcomed throughout our visit. A great way to explore the island is by hiring a motorbike, which gives you the freedom to visit other fantastic spots like the Fisherman’s Village or Lonely Beach. Lonely Beach stands out for its alternative vibe and numerous clubs offering live music. On the way to Lonely Beach, make sure to stop for an amazing dinner at El Barrio restaurant. The food there is incredible, but be sure to book a table in advance—it’s a popular spot for good reason! Grand View Resort is the perfect choice for anyone looking for a tranquil, well-located retreat. We’ll definitely be back!
