I loved that the stuff was very kind, they upgrated my father for his limited mobility to a room that he can walk easy. Kids entertament was great, they made sushi and walked on water activity. The spa was also very good!

The location close to the airport is very convenient (10 min in taxi). The hotel is very nice, the rooms are large and quiet. You may need to walk a bit if your room is further away. The breakfast was very good, especially the Thai dishes. The hotel provides a lot of free stuff: free sport and yoga classes everyday, gym, paddle board and kayak, floaties in the swimming pool. They gave us lots of baby toiletries for our daughter. It's a very kids friendly place, with an outdoor playground and indoor kids club. Our toddler had the greatest time at the kids club and Fashai, the lady running it, was an angel and took great care of our daughter. We will definitely consider coming back again and thanks the hotel staff for an amazing experience!

We love everything about this hotel. The staff were exceptional, all of them from reception, restaurant to the guys driving the xars to your room.     We stayed at the resort over the Songkran period to avoid the noise of the city. Breakfast was nice and pleasant, we absolutely loved one of the Adults' pool. Our Suite was lovely as well, uniquely and tastefully designed, full of well thought small details everywhere, and certainly not one of those usual resorts. We absolutely loved the entire ambience of the resort, especially the lobby area with a very colorful and bright lobby shop. Great access to the public beach and we loved our daily morning walks and short trips.

    Some areas were gorgeous but it felt like two hotels one 5 star o d 3 star. Our room for the price was basic but others are gorgeous. The adult pools are lovely but kids pool cheesey and loud.

    It is like a small luxury hotel a real hidden gem. We booked for a night, added another and another and another night. It is opposite the slate 5 star hotel we stayed in and much better and really reasonable. Lovely clean rooms, amazing breakfast and pool is a good size and you can use the in house laundry service cheaply. It’s a hidden gem and the family are the sweetest people.

    A fantastic retreat that combines industrial design with lush greenery for a unique atmosphere at the hotel. It's well-organized and clean, with a friendly atmosphere where the staff seem to be proud of their workplace. The breakfast was generous and one of the best we've had. The gym was stylish and well-maintained. We will gladly come back!
