Location was perfect. The hotel was not looking to any road. We could see a swimming pool from our balcony. It took us 3-5 minutes walking to the beach. We had to cross the road and a nice park zone to reach the beach. The hotel was close to the city centre. It was about 5 minutes walking to restaurants and shops. Also this hotel was close to the mountain with an ancient castle on top of it. Funicular was only 3 minutes walking. Port area and the foot of the mountain were at 15-20 minutes walking distance. City theatre and archeological museum were at the next corner of the street. The hotel itself was very cozy. The room was clean and tidy. Furniture was good and clean. Bed was good and comfortable. Even pillows were good. There was a comfortable multifunctional sofa in the sitting area. The kitchen area was equipped with all necessary things. Staff at the reception was mega friendly and helpful. It is pleasure to thank Mr. Alperen, Mr. Ibrahim and Mr. Sadik for excellent service and friendly atmosphere during our stay.

The staff and the food was above all expectaions. We had booked 4 rooms, for a family of 11 people as a family vacation. And everyone loved it there, both kids and grand parents. The food was amazing and the staff was so helpful and kind to all of us. It is not far to walk to the beach, about 15 min (and you get free shuttle), a bit further to the city center but it was totally fine. Restaurants and stores are right next to the hotel. You have food at the hotel at all times, you are really never hungry

Cosy and beautiful hotel close to the beach. Receptionists are super attentive, I got a free room upgrade. I enjoyed the massage at the hotel, there are women from Bali working there and they are very professional. Food was tasty (not a huge selection, but enough). Cleaning ladies were leaving a bottle of water and a roll of toilet paper outside my door when I turned on "do not disturb" sign, which I really appreciate. Overall hotel stuff are all nice and welcoming people. Would stay there again.
