I really enjoyed my stay at this place. The host was very pleasant and kind. It's conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from the main city activities and 2 minutes from delightful breakfast cafes. The room is well-equipped for cooking if needed. I was particularly impressed with the perfect bathroom – I haven't seen anything like it in Turkey, complete with warm flooring. I recommend choosing a room on the first floor (ground floor in Turkey), as it offers additional space on the balcony. Enjoy your stay!

Location of the hotel is outstanding. It overlooks the blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea and is absolutely gorgeous. The property itself is beautifully designed on a cliff and the 2 BR apartment that we stayed in was very charming. It had the view of the blue waters on 2 sides with spacious balconies in all rooms. Staff was very friendly and they took care of us very well. Abdullah, Umair and Gumza went out of the way to make our stay very special

The location was perfect with views of the ocean from the pool and bar area. A short walk down the hill to swim in the sea off a rock platform. A quick bus trip to get into central Kas. The reception and bar staff were fantastic, welcoming us and organising day trips and transport.

An absolutely amazing place and amazing, amiable, hospitable, welcoming staff/people who are always ready to help you! Astonishing view from the balcony and a fabulous view of Kaş at night from the pool which is always at your disposal! Also, you have access to the private beach that only hotel guests can use and that's awesome because me and my wife went to all the major/most popular beaches around (Halk, Patara, Kaputaş) and we found the private beach of Lycia Hotel to be by far the best! No more than 8 people at the beach anytime and most of the time there were only me and my wife even though the hotel was full all the time! Highly recommend! One of the best places we've been to! Thank you Merih! ☺️

Insane location, literally wow factor from the doorstep. Lounge area, pool, private beach etc all amazing - we ended up extending our stay. Room was spacious and very comfortable.

We booked 3 bedroom apartment. So the space, the layout and view were perfect. The location was very good. 5 minutes from center and 15 min from the big pebble beach. When I come again, I’d love to stay precisely here again.
