Very nicely finished, pretty look facility. All staff are so much kind and speak very good English. They also helped me a lot to interpretes English to Vietnamese about small personal issue. Walking distance go the anywhere in old town.

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING, if I could put more than 10 I would do it , I’ve been travelling for 11 months, and this is by far the best hotel I had, from the kindness of the people, to the amazing and generous breakfast, the huge room was perfectly cleaned With everything you need , and filled with water & coffee every day , the beautiful garden & swimming pool, a true little oasis in Hoi an , you can rent scooter , free bike , restaurant near buy , calm , not in the touristy center, but close enough by bike 5 min ! I recommend this place 300 % !

The hotel is located in a beautiful and carefully maintained garden, the view from all rooms is perfect. The staff is very professional, kind and helpful in everything. The beach and its surroundings are also perfectly maintained. Even though the hotel was fully booked over the weekend, there was no problem with the number of sunbeds, neither by the pool nor by the sea. The breakfasts are very rich, constantly replenished, you can order extra coffee for free (cappuccino, latte, etc.). The hotel also offers a free shuttle to Hoi An, which is very nice. Upon arrival, our friend was celebrating her birthday and even though we informed the staff about this at the last minute, they managed to prepare everything perfectly. She received a huge bouquet of flowers in her room upon arrival, a sweet surprise awaited her in the form of macaroons, and in the evening the table was festively set, with flower decorations and candles, and at the end of the dinner there was also a cake. Thank you very much for a great stay, we definitely recommend the hotel.

The resort is located a bit outside of Hoi An, but the hotel shuttle service worked well for transportation. Also, it’s not too far to walk—about 30-40 minutes at a good pace. The hotel itself is fantastic—great pool, delicious food, and excellent breakfasts. The staff is very friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

This was my fourth stay at Ancient House Resort and each time it has been exceptional! The resort is like a tropical oasis, it is close enough to the old town that you can walk there in about 15 minutes or alternatively take one of the hotels free bikes. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and very clean. The pool is lovely and you can pretty much find a shady place to hang out in it throughout the day - or have full sun if you like! The breakfast buffet is awesome, they have a great range of options with a chef who will make you eggs any way you have them! All the staff at Ancient House are so welcoming and friendly - they all make you feel incredibly welcome throughout your entire stay and cannot do enough to ensure you have all the things you need! I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Very nice place to stay just outside the city center of Hoi An. By bike 20 min to the old town. Very welcoming staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist travelers and provide detailed information about Hoi An. The breakfast was simple, but nice. The environment was very basic, but clean and well-maintained.
