This place is beautiful and it seems like you are staying in a resort. The pool is big and the area around it has small lounges where you can just chill and enjoy your time off. You can park inside or outside the property , the area is very safe. The room where we stayed is really nicely done and has everything you need. Hosts are kind and ready to help you. You have options for breakfast and you can order it in advance. Definitely recommend.

A lovely and quiet location, the room had an amazing view of the mountain. The owner Penelope made us so welcome. We were very impressed with the eye for detail! The espresso cups were Illy and not just the cheapest from the supermarket, beautiful flowers in the room. We definitely will be back at Penelope’s!

We loved absolutely everything about this beautiful quaint hotel. The team who worked there could not have been nicer and couldn't do enough for you to make you feel at home. The decor was stunning and the rooms were comfy and peaceful. The treatments at the spa were top notch too. We had dinner at their restaurant the first night and the food and service was incredible, I never take pictures of food, but the presentation was so good, I had to. The breakfasts were superb too. We cannot fault this beautiful place

Wonderful stay, rooms were beautiful and the breakfast each morning was amazing. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Staff were incredibly helpful and even let us check in early as my partner wasn't feeling well. Will definitely return next time we are in SA.
