He has thought about every little detail of his B&B, our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and was beautifully decorated too. We requested a quiet room and we were put on the top floor (there was a lift if needed) but all rooms are soundproofed too. The toiletries Mario provided smelt divine! There was even a small fridge and a coffee machine in our room which we appreciated. Breakfast was a highlight, the food was delicious with a good choice of options, and Mario always took the time to chat with us and other guests, and made us feel at home.

It benefits from free WiFi and a secluded side-street location. XAVIER WAS VERY POLITE. AT THE BREAKFAST ,THERE WAS CHEESE-HAM ETC. EVEN FRENCH TOST. AND THE LOCATION OF THE B&B X2 BRUSSELS WAS PERFECT . BETWEEN TWO TRAIN STATION 15 MINUTES BY WALKING EACH OF THEM. I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE IN THE B&B.
