I contacted by phone, a couple of times, the front desk before to take the decision to reserve the room on Booking.com. I always had a good, reasonable and well promising answer. On my arrival, with my wife, we have been meet and served by the protocol. Special thanks to the front desk officer Nicola Yordanov and also to his colleagues who make everything necessary to make our stay of 5 days in this hotel, pleasant and comfortable - arranging a room with a better view and less street noise, preparing a box with breakfast and calling the taxi for the airport at 3 am, in the morning, etc.
