Hotel Spalentor is located opposite the Botanic Gardens, a 5-minute walk from the Old Town of Basel and the University, and offers free bicycles, free WiFi, a fitness area and a quiet garden with a chestnut tree. It was my second time in the hotel and everything was great! The staff is super friendly and the hotel is centrally located!

Boutique Hotel Bellevue features spacious rooms decorated with contemporary interiors. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, minibar and views of the city.

Rheinfelden (Baden) Train Station is 500 metres from Boutique Hotel Bellevue. Everything was far above our expectations! We are already talking about a return visit next year!

Newly built in 2014, The Passage in Basel is a centrally located design hotel featuring a sauna, a fitness centre, free WiFi access and air-conditioned rooms. The Basel SBB Train Station is 850 metres away. Its location is good, there’s a paid parking in front of the hotel, and in 5 minutes there’s a bus/tram stop which was complementary. Not sure it was given by the hotel or by the government though. The room was spacious, light, well decorated and clean. The soap, shampoo and cream were from Loccitane. We were given the patio rooms which was very quiet.

The Hotel Alexander is located right at the Messe Basel fairgrounds and the Congress Centre, a 7-minute ride from the centre of Basel. The tram stop is right outside. Free Wi-Fi is available.

The restaurant Alexander serves Swiss specialties and offers different Pizza varieties and delivery service in the hotel. Located in the center of Basel, with very clean and modern rooms, a nice staf, an underground garage and a rich breakfast is the best location to spend few days in Basel if you want a real value of money. If I will return in Basel I will definitely choose Alexander hotel again.

The Wettstein hotel is located in a central residential quarter of Basel, 200 metres from the Rhine river, and offers you garage parking, free Wi-Fi and a free internet station.

All rooms have a cable TV, a large work desk and a free minibar with soft drinks and beer. Breakfast was excellent - high quality food and drink. Coffee and tea were very good. Personnel were very friendly and courteous. Bed was very comfortable.

The Basel Backpack is housed in a renovated historic factory, only 10 minutes from Basel’s main train station. The Basel Mobility Ticket (free public transport) is included in the rates.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Kitchen and it's equipment was very good.

The Hotel Victoria offers traditional hospitality and modern hotel comforts in the centre of Basel next to the main train station (SBB). You will be enchanted by the unique atmosphere of this stylish hotel. Just overnight on the way to the airport. Couldn’t have a better location for that, beside the train station and bus to the airport outside the door.

Hotel Schweizerhof enjoys a preferred location in the centre of Basel, next to the SBB train station and is easily accessible by car and public transport. Local phone calls are free.

It offers non-smoking rooms, a rich buffet breakfast, 24-hour continental breakfast and 24-hour hotel bar. Wi-Fi access is free in the entire hotel. There is a also business corner with free access to the internet and a printer. The room was fantastic. You can see the train station from the balcony.

Situated in a historic building in central Basel, Euler Hotel is opposite the SBB Train Station. Guests receive a Mobility Ticket, granting free access to all means of public transport. The Basel Exhibition Centre can be reached by tram within 10 minutes. Excellent service, friendly personnel, very good location, everything perfect

The Hotel Krafft Basel and restaurant can be found in the heart of the city, right on the bank of the Rhine river with its Mediterranean-style promenade. Laptops with wireless internet access and printers are available for free. We arrived quite late after a long travel and the warm welcome and upgrade to a junior suite was highly appreciated. Good breskfast. Thank you
