Very comfortable, light and bright apartment, in a green part of town. Very close to shops, restaurants, laundry service and metro, al within 5-15 min. walk. Very friendly and helpful staff, great housekeeping. Kitchen has everything you need. We had a lovely stay !

Courteous staff. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. The Pullman was far better than any of the hotels where I stayed this year in Europe or North America.

However, a special shout-out goes to each of Gustavo and Patrick at the front door, to Kimberly on the front desk, and to Diego in the Club Room, all of whose services were personally appreciated by us. This hotel is the perfect place to relax after a long flight to Chile or to wrap up a vacation there. Absolutely the best!

There are free WiFi and free parking available on site. Absolutely stunning hotel with staff to match. The food was amazing as was the decor and layout of the hotel. The location is perfect and in an area where you can walk to a large mall and around the streets safely. Easy to use Uber and taxis to get to other locations. Don’t even conserve starting anywhere else.

We are in the middle of 3 great neighborhoods, each at 10 min walking distance: Bellavista (nightlife), Lastarria (gastronomy) and Barrio Italia (Antiques and design). Santiago’s historic town center is at 30 min walking or 10 min in public transport. Our stay at the hotel was amazing because of the incredible staff. They explained everything, stored our luggage, and gave us a map with tips on what to see and do. The hotel offers great value for the price, with a perfect location for exploring the city. Our room was clean and quiet, thanks to the double glass doors, even though it faced the street. Overall, the staff made our visit perfect, and the hotel was a great place to stay.

I particularly loved skiing back to the chalet in the afternoons after a day skiing, to be welcomed at the chalet with drinks for the sunset and three course dinner that followed. Will certainly return
