The Restaurant Romance with a summer terrace serves Czech and international cuisine as well as aromatic coffee. Breakfast is great that come with a good variety of choices and dishes, definitely recommend to add breakfast to the stay. Easy parking that the hotel reserves parking space for us and it’s just a very short walk between the parking lot and hotel. Check-in and parking directions were given in details even with pictures provided that made living in the old town area easy. Staff are all welcoming, helpful and friendly. I like our room with a balcony that overlooked the old town, impeccable location. It’s a hotel with some ages yet I like the vintage touch of the deco in the room.

Conveniently located close to train and bus stations as well to the main spa avenue. Staff is helpful and forthcoming but not servile. Not a Russian ownership.

Selected French and Moravian wines and champagnes offered to complement the dining treats. It was a hidden gem in Karlovy Vary! The hotel is far from downtown, but still 10 minutes by walk to the main shopping street. Only 5 mins by walk to Cafe Pupp. My room is right besides the river, very quiet and enjoy the sounds of forest, even the restaurant is right below my room. The hostess doesn't speak much English, but the checkin process was simple, not a big deal. Room is equipped with a small hallway and changing room, and all the appliances are available in the bathroom. Breakfast was good, I could see many options. I would try the restaurant next I'm there. It seems nice and luxurious one. Totally would go again!
