Upon our late arrival, Andy sent us a detailed information on how to get our keys to the room but we had difficulties and had to call him. Eventhough it was late and he had left, he most kindly explained to us and at this point my mom and i thought this place is going to be more than what we expected. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Great location but still very quiet at night to get a decent sleep even though it's right at the center. You can literally go to any tourist sights within 5 min. Parking lot is not far and the hotel offers discount which is great. The breakfast was just excellent! Great variety of food with some homemade selections. Little greetings on our plate just made our day so enlightening. Details of the settings, display and atmosphere is just beyond! Even better than the so what called named/brand hotels. But what is most great about this place is the hospitality of the staff. Andy and other staffs always had smile on their face and made us feel like we were at close friend's house. I highly recommend this place to all and truly wish others visiting Koeln/Cologne would get to experience what my family had. Thanks again Andy and wish you all the best! You can experience stunning panoramic views of the city at Divas Bar and Bistro, both on the roof terrace and in the Skylounge. The roof terrace offers a cozy atmosphere where our bar team presents handmade cocktails and delectable tarte flambée. This was the first time for us to stay here and its great, better than expected, we go to Cologne every year on November for work and this hotel has been he best so far an we will book it again for next year, the room was confortable, good breakfast and five minute walt to the train station
