Lovely small hotel with friendly staff. Located within an easy walk to the old town and supermarkets, restaurants etc. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Good parking, reservation required as it's popular and a small cost.

The property is facing the lake of Annecy and located in the centre of the old town of Annecy, a couple of paces of the shopping streets. We are also close to the cinemas, theatre and the best restaurants. Jacque at the front desk was the best. His recommendations were perfect. The location of the hotel is excellent. Across from the park and at the entry to the old town. Couldn't ask for a better location. Parking is very affordable. To shoot with the whole family room was very large for three people. We did not have the buffet but looked at it and it looked amazing. Highly recommend for anyone who's visiting.

Just 200 metres from Lake Annecy, Hotel des Marquisats features spectacular views of the lake and the Alps. It is a 20-minute walk from the centre of Annecy and offers a continental breakfast. Free parking is available and free WiFi access is provided in the entire property. Everything from arrival to lovely staff, restaurant recommendations and friendliness. The room and view were superb. Parking on the property and the bonus of the hamman and dry sauna were wonderful. Delicious breakfast and the lovely walk around the lake into the old town was a pleasure. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

Best Western Carlton Annecy is located in central Annecy at the medieval town's gates. Lake Annecy is a 10-minute walk away.

All guest rooms are soundproofed and air-conditioned and feature a flat-screen TV, a desk and a coffee machine. Every room has a private bathroom while some rooms offer a mountain view. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. At check in they upgraded us to a very nice and spacious room. At check out they allowed us to keep the car in the parking for several additional hours (for free). Ultimately, despite staying only one night, we had the opportunity to experience the kindness of the staff and their commitment to meeting the needs of the guests. I would add that the hotel enjoys a perfect location very convenient for those arriving by car and very close to the historic center. Good value for money
