Offering inner courtyard views, Miller House Courtyard is an accommodation located in Ayr, 2.4 km from Ayr Racecourse and 4.3 km from Robert Burns Birthplace Museum. The property is non-smoking and is situated 1.1 km from Ayr Beach. The unit was small but very well laid out and well decorated. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bathroom and shower were of a good size. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and directed us to a nearby hotel for an evening meal and then suggested a number of spots to visit on our way south. Can highly recommend this property.

Beaches is a small family-run guest house featuring a large private garden with gated access to Ayr’s sandy beach. It's set just 5 minutes’ walk from Ayr’s centre with its shopping, dining, and nightlife. Love everything about Beaches!! Absolutely spotless, beautiful, comfortable, the breakfast and home made shortbread and jam!! And the owner Jan and her family and dog Harris! We stayed in the twin room with kitchen and it was fantastic. The gardens are beautiful too!

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, atmosphere was great. Lovely views from the room.

Set in a grand Victorian house, the elegant bedrooms at Braidmead are individually decorated and each has a private bathroom. All rooms have flat-screen TVs, tea and coffee facilities and a cosy seating area. So palatial and roomy we didn't expect and the staff couldn't do enough...definitely recommend this as a must.

There are even MP3 connectors and dedicated speakers in the en suite bathrooms. Perfect place to stay, staff were really welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend.

This 3-star guest house offers luggage storage space. There is a children's playground and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. We were greeted with a handwritten welcome note in our room (plus cookies and chocolates!) from Liz, the owner of the inn. The inn and rooms are stately, warm and comfortable. It's 130 year old family home that has been upgraded with all the modern conveniences. The Scottish breakfast was excellent. Liz recommended the restaurant next door, which was terrific and very convenient. There was easy and safe parking on the street.. We recommend it and would definitely stay again, as it provides a great experience of a small Scottish inn.

Belvedere is situated just a short walk from the ferry terminal, along a street with fabulous views over Goatfell and the bay below. My room was convenient, had a thick cosy carpet and a warm duvet. Breakfast was excellent! The host Allan was very helpful and gave good information.

Guests can enjoy sea views of the Holy Isle from this property. Loved the location and room had spectacular sea views. Shower and toilet layout fantastic.

The breakfast was a self-serve buffet. But being a vegetarian who does not eat eggs, the staff were more than happy to make specialty vegan items for me. We were surprised at how accommodating the staff were.
