With free WiFi offered throughout the property, each bedroom in the hotel is comprised of a well-appointed mini-kitchen, fitted with a fridge, microwave, Brita filter sink and Nespresso coffee machine, as well as a sleek en-suite bathroom, desk and laptop-safe. We booked this hotel as an experiment (small room) for the location but the hotel surpassed our expectations. From the friendly and professional staff on reception who checked us in to the very well arranged room with every facility we could want it was all excellent. We agreed that while the room was small it was more comfortable and had better facilities than some far more expensive and bigger rooms / hotels. Particularly like the Brita filtered water tap.

Staybridge Suites aims to ensure a guest’s comfort as soon as they enter the bright, contemporary lobby, which is adjacent to a comfy lounge with fireplace. Each modern suite or studio features a small kitchen, en suite bathroom and a TV. Friendly and helpful staff - they were very cooperative when we complained about the room temperature. Good location - 6 mins walk from the metro and 15 mins walk to Big Ben.

Perfect your butterfly (or not) in the spacious swimming pool and soak off the city in the steam room, Jacuzzi and sauna. If you're feeling lively, hit our high-tech fitness centre. The staff at this hotel truly went above and beyond! From the doorman to the check-in lady, everyone was exceptional. The hotel itself is modern and perfect, with beautiful art throughout. The cleaning staff were friendly, and the bar area staff were amazing. We were particularly impressed with the luggage handling - our bags were dropped off in our rooms before check-in, and two gentlemen helped us with our luggage to the car for our Uber. The hotel room was modern, the bathroom was clean and lovely, and the staff were always willing to go the extra mile to sort out any issues. Overall, our experience was exceptional in every way.

Each uniquely designed guest room has floor-to-ceiling windows providing spectacular views of the city, and maintains the theme of Oriental elegance found throughout the hotel. Featuring the body-contouring-technology ‘Shangri-La Bed’, rooms include a TV, coffee machine, complimentary WiFi and a set of binoculars. Beautiful room,fantastic view. One of the best I have had in 50 years of travelling.

Boasting a variety of stylish rooms and suites with flat screen TVs and free Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, eateries, and a 24-hour gym free for guest use. There’s no place like it. - Great location, close to everything - Very friendly staff, even got a slice of cake in my room for a birthday & a room upgrade - Very clean and comfy rooms - Quiet and comfortable

Located less than 5 minutes' walk from East Croydon Train Station, this hotel offers a 24-hour reception, and free Wi-Fi in all areas and bedrooms. There is an on-site gym and bar serving drinks and meals. East Croydon is really good option for the traveler. Reasonable price with effective train lines. Reception & Employee is really kind. (MANOJ checked the our status every morning, really thank you.)

Just a 5-minute walk from Covent Garden and Oxford Street, its spacious designer rooms feature bespoke furnishings and Italian marble bathrooms, and Rosewood’s spa, sauna and glamorous restaurant are also on-site. Everything was just perfect from beginning to end - the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was well appointed, thoughtfully furnished and supremely comfortable, the bed was uber comfy and the food was lovely in all the restaurants.

Situated in Ealing, a green, leafy part of London, this 4-star hotel is just a 2-minute walk from West Ealing Railway Station. This traditional Edwardian pub offers free parking.

Themed on Ealing’s comedy films, rooms at The Drayton Court Hotel each have a modern bathroom and flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is accessible throughout, and tea/coffee facilities are provided. Everything was great! Staff were very polite and helpful. It was very quiet throughout the night , which is quite rare for hotels. Breakfast was also very good. Special thanks to the petite girl with brown hair from reception, she solved all our issues very swiftly and was very nice.

Just 10 minutes’ walk from the O2 Arena, The Pilot Inn offers beautiful, boutique bedrooms. Full English breakfasts are provided, along with free Wi-Fi access and a traditional pub restaurant.

Home-cooked roast lunches and modern British cuisine is served in the pub, with a range of award-winning ales and a daily changing choice of fresh fish. I don't know where to start. Everything was absolutely great and worth it as the location, the facilities, the decor, the restaurant bar and even better, the staff, made my stay perfect. The building has personality, that's something a 5-star hotel can beat and believe me, I was given the option to go for a 5-star hotel nearby and I do not regret turning it down. I'd rather go to places where I feel like I'm treated like a person and with a genuine smile, rather than welcomed by overworked staff that has to put on the best face as servants. The room was neat and had a Krups coffee machine and a boiler to make tea, all the necessary amenities and a super comfortable bed and pillows (and I need lots of pillows). Please eat at their restaurant, the food was delicious, even the simplest cheeseburger with chips was super tasty and rightly cooked meat. The place is pet-friendly and offers treats for your furry friend. There's also the central park right in front which is great to start your day with a short walk in the case you have business to do at The O2, which is 10 mins away or the London cablecar 15 mins. Every person on the staff was really helpful and were quite warmly welcoming. Offered me solutions to my silly-lost-in-town tourist questions and helped me with my luggage.
