The staff at this hotel truly went above and beyond! From the doorman to the check-in lady, everyone was exceptional. The hotel itself is modern and perfect, with beautiful art throughout. The cleaning staff were friendly, and the bar area staff were amazing. We were particularly impressed with the luggage handling - our bags were dropped off in our rooms before check-in, and two gentlemen helped us with our luggage to the car for our Uber. The hotel room was modern, the bathroom was clean and lovely, and the staff were always willing to go the extra mile to sort out any issues. Overall, our experience was exceptional in every way.

Staff were very polite and helpful. It was very quiet throughout the night , which is quite rare for hotels. Breakfast was also very good. Special thanks to the petite girl with brown hair from reception, she solved all our issues very swiftly and was very nice.

Everything was absolutely great and worth it as the location, the facilities, the decor, the restaurant bar and even better, the staff, made my stay perfect. The building has personality, that's something a 5-star hotel can beat and believe me, I was given the option to go for a 5-star hotel nearby and I do not regret turning it down. I'd rather go to places where I feel like I'm treated like a person and with a genuine smile, rather than welcomed by overworked staff that has to put on the best face as servants. The room was neat and had a Krups coffee machine and a boiler to make tea, all the necessary amenities and a super comfortable bed and pillows (and I need lots of pillows). Please eat at their restaurant, the food was delicious, even the simplest cheeseburger with chips was super tasty and rightly cooked meat. The place is pet-friendly and offers treats for your furry friend. There's also the central park right in front which is great to start your day with a short walk in the case you have business to do at The O2, which is 10 mins away or the London cablecar 15 mins. Every person on the staff was really helpful and were quite warmly welcoming. Offered me solutions to my silly-lost-in-town tourist questions and helped me with my luggage.
