Free WiFi is also available. Hotel was clean and was greeted by friendly and polite staff. I enjoyed a good night stay and bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

The staff are wonderful and so friendly and helpful. The meals were amazing and service was outstanding and then the Gin collections is incredible.

Great central location. Staff are warm and friendly. Excellent hotel bar. Room was exceptionally clean, bed comfortable, kettle and toiletries supplied. Together with complementary coffee and tea, soft drinks in the mini fridge are on the house. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel has real character and atmosphere. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Central location for all of Manchester City centre's shopping and whatever else you might want. Breakfast very good. The decor throughout the hotel, including our room was "Style". We'll go back again
