It is only 5 minutes' walk from the cafés, shops, bars and restaurants, as well as a cinema. Great staff, nice clean rooms with comfy beds, good food, nice location with free parking.

Situated in the town of Pitlochry, Atholl Villa Guest House is a privately owned Victorian building, offering views of Ben Vrackie. It has free parking and retains many original features, such as open fireplaces and wooden sash windows. Very friendly staff, good breakfast, parking right into the property.

The individually designed rooms have tea and coffee facilities, an espresso coffee machine, a flat-screen TV and an iPod docking station. All rooms have fluffy bathrobes, small fridges and DVD players. Rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated. Stunning Location, so friendly & warm, beautiful clean rooms, fresh yummy breakfast. Will definitely visit again.

With views over the Tummel Valley, Derrybeg is an 8 bedroom Edwardian B&B centrally located in a quiet street within Pitlochry town.

Recently fully refurbished, all 8 bedrooms have en suite facilities and free access WiFi, with two of the rooms located on the ground floor. We have been traveling for over 3 weeks and have had very nice accommodations throughout our trip, but Derrybeg outshines them all. Everything about this B&B is a +10. The welcoming hosts, the cleanliness of the entire B&B, the superb breakfasts, the landscaping of the grounds, and the ideal location on a quiet street minutes walk from the main street. It is an outstanding accommodation. I highly recommend it. By the way, the hosts name their rooms: we were in the Anderson room, with a view from the bay windows of the gardens and hills. Exceptional room!

It offers en suite rooms, free parking and WiFi and a continental breakfast. comfortable, wonderful furnishings, loved the dining room where breakfast was served. John, the host, and good wife were very welcoming and attentive. Close to area restaurants, shopping and scenic walks.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Tigh Na Leigh is a guest house situated in a historic building in Alyth, 27 km from Discovery Point. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the guest house free of charge. The guest house features a restaurant and a shared lounge and is 31 km away from Scone Palace. Breakfast was delicious with home made granola, and bread with lovely home made jam. The full scottish breakfast was superb. The conservatory was a beautiful place to eat and to view the gorgeous well kept garden (to which guests have access). The house has been beautifully furnished and much thought has been given to the interesting art. The hosts go absolutely above and beyond to make their guests comfortable and nothing was too much trouble, even down to the variety of gins in the honesty bar! Would definitely recommend.

Each bedroom at Rosehill has an en-suite or private bathroom or shower room, a hairdryer and free toiletries. They also come with a flat-screen TV, a hospitality tray with biscuits and a guest information welcome pack.  One of our favorite stays in Scotland. Such a nice rooms and a beautiful location. Everything within walking distance and a gorgeous town. The facility was comfortable and the beds were great and breakfast was excellent. I just wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The Townhouse boasts exceptional interiors, furnished with fine detail, and just 5 minutes’ walk from Perth’s centre. Very beautiful and authentic house. The location is very convenient in the center of Perth. David and Laurent are very welcoming and attentive to their guests. Everything is carefully crafted and well decorated. The breakfast is amazing with quality products and beautiful tableware and dishes. If you want to try a premium bed and breakfast experience, this is the one !

Situated in the centre of the highland resort of Pitlochry, The Old Mill Inn is a 5-minute walk from Pitlochry rail station and many high street shops. Free parking is available on site.

Free Wi-Fi, an en suite shower room and a flat-screen TV are featured in each room at The Old Mill Inn. Tea and coffee making facilities are also provided. This hotel was perfect for our little getaway on a long weekend. The room was excellent and exceeded our expectations totally. The staff were very friendly and helped us with an early check-in followed by a superb Sunday roast lunch. The staff also asked us our plans and then followed up with us about them later on, which shows a lot of individual care and attention. They really went above and beyond in terms of customer care and support. The working water wheel and surrounding area were a huge bonus as well. Atmosphere, friendliness, and quality can't be beat! I highly recommend The Old Mill Inn.
