The view from our room was fantastic, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the hotel's restaurant is perfect. One of the best things is a free shuttle to the Chania center where it is very problematic and expensive to find a parking, so we've used this service almost every evening!

The Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was great. The rooms was great as well. The beach area is not the best, but well worth the price.

Air-conditioned rooms are equipped with pure Egyptian cotton linen and pure wellness or hypoallergenic rooms are available. Some units feature whirlpools. Room was comfortable, but walls between rooms were quite thin, so we could hear tv from neighbor room. Breakfast was taste with multiple food choice.

This central Chania hotel is just 200 metres from the Old Town walls and the Venetian harbour. It offers Cretan hospitality, modern furniture and facilities, air-conditioned and soundproof rooms and a limited capacity underground parking. The hotel was fully refurbished in 2021. Perfect location for exploring the city with lovely views across the city to the harbour. A modern hotel with aircon, which allowed the windows to be shut at night to keep out the city noise. We had a large terrace and when we returned from exploring the city we enjoyed sitting watching the world go by on the streets below with swifts swooping in the sky above. The hotel served a good breakfast buffet with a wide selection. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

Within 100 metres from the city centre, Kastro Hotel is well-situated for exploring the ancient sites of Heraklion. It offers spacious, air-conditioned rooms with breakfast included in the rate.

Each of the rooms at Kastro is well-presented with modern décor details such as elegant wallpapers and draped curtains. Modern amenities include LCD TV and a mini fridge. Some rooms have either terraces or balconies. Staff were very helpful. Location is excellent, with everything in walking distance.

Located in the centre of Chania, Kydon Hotel is opposite of the main market hall and just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town and the Venetian Harbour. Meeting facilities and free WiFi Fiber in all areas are provided. During our 3-day stay at Kydon Hotel, we found nothing to dislike. In fact, it was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at in Crete. The location is excellent, with convenient parking facilities. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly throughout our stay. Speaking of the staff, a special thank you goes to Kiki. She consistently went above and beyond our expectations. Her fantastic French and her invaluable advice on the best beaches to visit in Chania made our trip even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, and everything was always spotless. Overall, we had an amazing experience and highly recommend Kydon Hotel to anyone visiting Crete.

Our stay at Porto Veneziano Hotel was excellent. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were extremely friendly and very professional. Angela on our arrival greeted us with a lovely smile and was very polite in answering all our questions. Our room overlooking the Venetian harbor of Chania had a lovely view and our room was very comfortable, spacious and quiet. We had an unforgettable stay and wish to come back again.
