The apartment provides sea views, a sun terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. We had an excellent stay at Villa Polyxeni in Syvota. The facilities were outstanding, the location was great, parking was easy, and the service was truly exceptional. The room was very clean and well-maintained. I would also like to share a personal experience: on our first night I was unwell with a fever, and Mrs. Polyxeni kindly provided us with extra blankets, offered us warm drinks and anything else we might need, and even gave us complimentary breakfast the following morning. Her kindness and hospitality made us feel truly cared for, and we are very grateful. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Syvota.

Warm welcome from son. Very helpful and kind. Given a lovely room on the back corner with a balcony and peep of the harbour and hills Clean comfy functional budget room at a budget price. Located directly opposite ferry and a 5 min walk to new bus station and supermarket. Definitely recommend.

The property was absolutely amazing and looks even better in reality than on the pictures. Everything is brand new and beautifully designed. The apartment has everything (soaps, shampoo, medicine, tea coffee, etc), every little detail is well-thought. The hosts are the more lovely people and helped us with advice (and brought some really nice and thoughtful snacks!). I would definitely recommend staying there and would love to come again! Thank you so much for making our holidays so good!
