Overall a very friendly and inviting atmosphere. Great hotel with gorgeous foyer and a cosy bar and restaurant to the side, we had a nice meal in the bar. Lovely friendly locals. Nice walk along the river. We will come back some day to do the full walk I hope 🙂

Lovely town, great location of townhouse, close to canal and shops. Find the place and parking was easy.

Fabulous stay for my husband's birthday on July 2nd. Lovely warm welcome from the receptionist. Great surprise upgrade to the amazing Lady Alexandra suite and a happy birthday desert plate on the dining table .Both dinner and breakfast were brilliant and the staff were very friendly and attentive I would highly recommend this luxury hotel and hope to return again in future.

Stephouse is a beautiful boutique hotel located in Borris. It's a really lovely location. The staff were very friendly and the food was lovely. Suitable for people who like countryside, culture and walks.

Annette was a wonderful host she could not have been more helpful or nicer!! she provided homemade bread and breakfast things and even gave us a lift to our event The house is lovely the location is gorgeous. highly recommend!

Beautiful little townhouse right near the river, with plenty of shops and food options in walking distance. Such lovely, tidy accommodation. I would definitely recommend this townhouse for anyone staying in the area!

Very nice hotel, beautifully decorated and quirky design with odd shaped rooms due to the rounded shape of the exterior. Large room with spacious bathroom which included a double ended bath and separate shower. Staff were lovely. What’s not to like?
