The staff is welcoming, they have good atmosphere in the hotel. I received a room with a balcony and it was explained to me that the room direction is to tue quiet side, which I appreciated. Also, any of my small requests got answered by the staff members. I appreciate it! The light train is 2 minutes walk, shopping streets and restaurants are 2 minutes walk, the old city entrance (Jaffa gate) is about 15-20 minutes walk. Prime location 👍🏻

The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is very good: variety, flavor and quality. All day they are available coffee, water and tea. The staff is very courteous. If I return to Jerusalem, I would select this hotel again.
