Jana from housekeeping responded to our request and made our rooms lovely by making an origami elephant with towels and keeping fresh flowers in our room, which was a nice addition. The housekeeping replaced our poor quality toothbrushes with a better quality toothbrush; still, even that one was of mediocre quality. Please provide better toothbrushes to your guests.

Very helpful staff, especially M Rajesh and Kamatchi in the restaurant, and Saranya Devi in Housekeeping. The restaurant has a wide choice of dishes, and the buffet is very good value if you would like to try a range of dishes. The location is fine - there's also a shopping mall and a good supermarket nearby, plus ATMs. I spent 14 nights there (my third long visit), and shall rebook when making my next visit to Madurai.
