The staff were exceptional and so accommodating to us (we were traveling with our 18 month old son). The owners were so kind and went out of their way to make sure we had the best stay possible. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and was very generous. They offered a wide variety of quality food and it was one of the best breakfasts we had on our trip (best omelette we have ever had). The hotel itself was beautifully presented and cared for. The pool and gardens were a highlight. Overall, this was one of our favorite hotels from this Europe trip. It’s peaceful and beautiful and we would book again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! Thank you so much to the wonderful owners and staff for such a memorable stay. The units provide WiFi access and a flat-screen TV, some also offer lake views. The private bathroom comes with a shower and free toiletries. Good location. We walked to Villa del Balbianello, restaurants, a grocery store, ferry dock, and boat rental. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Property was clean. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed eating on the patio outside.
