Relais Casali della Cisterna is set in two 19th-century building surrounded by a private park overlooking Lake Maggiore. It offers elegant rooms with lake views, private covered and outdoor parking and free Wi-Fi. I don't often take the trouble to post reviews, but the staff really deserve a positive review. They managed to pull off the perfect balance between casual and professional, between friendly and courtesy. From the reception desk to the porters. While I'm at it: very comfortable, large bed, spacious room, big bathroom. All very nice.

Bright and spacious, the rooms have elegant furnishings and parquet floors. Each one features an LCD TV with satellite channels, a minibar and air conditioning. The private bathroom comes with slippers and soft bathrobes. You couldn't ask for a better location or a better view of the lake! We were warmly welcomed and when we saw our room, we were amazed at the breath-taking view of Lago Maggiore. Almost every evening of our stay, we enjoyed the views and a glass of wine on our private balcony. We had a few meals at the restaurant as well. Our food was perfectly prepared and excellent, as was the wait staff. In fact, the entire staff–in both the restaurant and hotel– was accommodating, friendly, and courteous. This was the perfect end of our trip!

Hotel Casa Arizzoli offers free parking and a large garden. It is just a few steps from the centre of the mediaeval hamlet of Cannobio The pictures do not do it justice. This is an absolutely lovely hotel with easy walking distance to downtown price well. The owner operator is very kind and friendly. The breakfast was very good proper cappuccino and espresso parking available.

Set right on the lakeside, Hotel Bel Sit offers a private beach and a breakfast room with terrace, with panoramic views across Lake Maggiore and a small pool. Milan Malpensa Airport is 21 km away. Parking is free. So nice to wake up with the peaceful lake view. Breakfast gives the same positive feeling.

Parking is free, and there is also a private pier. The staff were incredible-I had read some previous reviews about the staff but could not believe how outstanding they all were. One person in particular who sticks in my memory is Alexander who works at the bar-he is a real asset to your hotel. The breakfast was also sublime

The Ancora is set in a characteristic building, facing an ancient port. The hotel’s tradition is complimented by a contemporary, minimalist design and modern facilities including free Wi-Fi in each room. It was a beautiful hotel, located right at the lake. The rooms were very clean, spacious and had all amenities we needed. We also booked a lake view hotel, which we highly recommend. The view was breathtaking. The breakfast was tasty, there was a variety of foods to choose from, from baked goods to fresh fruit and vegetables, from sweet to savory. The room service was exceptional, the staff friendly and professional and the hotel felt safe and welcoming. It was rainy during our stay, so we spent more time in the hotel than planned, and were happy to have been in the Hotel Ancora, as it made those rainy days extra cozy and comfortable.
