They managed to pull off the perfect balance between casual and professional, between friendly and courtesy. From the reception desk to the porters. While I'm at it: very comfortable, large bed, spacious room, big bathroom. All very nice.

Bright and spacious, the rooms have elegant furnishings and parquet floors. Each one features an LCD TV with satellite channels, a minibar and air conditioning. The private bathroom comes with slippers and soft bathrobes. You couldn't ask for a better location or a better view of the lake! We were warmly welcomed and when we saw our room, we were amazed at the breath-taking view of Lago Maggiore. Almost every evening of our stay, we enjoyed the views and a glass of wine on our private balcony. We had a few meals at the restaurant as well. Our food was perfectly prepared and excellent, as was the wait staff. In fact, the entire staff–in both the restaurant and hotel– was accommodating, friendly, and courteous. This was the perfect end of our trip!

This is an absolutely lovely hotel with easy walking distance to downtown price well. The owner operator is very kind and friendly. The breakfast was very good proper cappuccino and espresso parking available.

Parking is free. So nice to wake up with the peaceful lake view. Breakfast gives the same positive feeling.

Parking is free, and there is also a private pier. The staff were incredible-I had read some previous reviews about the staff but could not believe how outstanding they all were. One person in particular who sticks in my memory is Alexander who works at the bar-he is a real asset to your hotel. The breakfast was also sublime

The hotel’s tradition is complimented by a contemporary, minimalist design and modern facilities including free Wi-Fi in each room. All staff were incredibly service-minded and helped us with everything from changing rooms to vegan breakfast options and the housekeepers had great attention to detail. The table of snacks in the lobby and the free coffee in the room was much appreciated throughout our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the view from the balconies was amazing. The rooms were sound proofed so we did not notice the noise from the street or other guests.

Very friendly staff, the lady at the check-in, the lady at breakfast, all were super friendly and helpful Location was top, quite place with a beautiful garden on 5 min of walking distance to Stresa city center. I really revommend this hotel!
