The front desk staff, especially Gabrielle, are extremely resourceful, knowledgeable, nice and accommodating. They helped me a lot during my stay there. Hotel Concord is 100 metres from Porta Nuova, and a short walk from the pedestrian shopping district in Turin. The hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with a minibar, and a bar selling Italian and international drinks. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and cordial, specially Francesco. The location is excellent, in the center of Turin. The parking, although it's private is located below the hotel, the price is 25 euros per day. Breakfast is OK.
