We heard them converse in 3 languages Italian, German and English. Our deluxe room was spacious and had a small balcony. The beds were very comfy and we slept well. The breakfast is amazing. Usually, I'm not a big breakfast person but there are so many delicious treats to choose from you want to try it all. We are lactose intolerant and they have a different milk-alternatives to choose from. We enjoyed the sauna and pool area which are a wonderful relaxing way after a long hike. They have a pool table and we'd have played if we'd have more time.

The front desk is SUPER nice to us. The room has a balcony with awesome view. Free parking space. Close to all trails and cable car stations. Thank you again for the lovely front desk recommending us to go to Col Raiser and to Seceda. This option is less crowded with greater view. Highly highly recommend this hotel.
