Upon arrival, we noticed that the air conditioning unit had a malfunction. We informed the owner right away, and while we were out exploring the city, the issue was promptly fixed. We returned to a pleasantly cool and comfortable room. For breakfast, we wished to eat on the terrace, and the owners immediately made that possible. We were especially touched by a kind gesture from the owners at check-out, which left a wonderful impression. We will definitely be coming back – we felt truly great here.
