This Adult only property features free private parking. Totally nice hotel with pretty pools and a nice area. They even have some animals like turtles and cats. The pool is also very nice and the highlight is of course the nice Cenote. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the food at the restraunt was good. Safe parking included.

Palapas Del Sol features air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and a pool. Beautiful hotel, very clean, close proximity to everything, we never took any taxis and just walked to town every evening. Good breakfast. Friendly staff, quick response to special requests. The only downside was the bar and very limited selection of drinks.

Offering free WiFi, this Mérida Hotel La Piazzetta is located on Mejorada square and 230 metres from Museo De la Canción Yucateca and just a few blocks from the Cathedral, market and Paseo Montejo.

All rooms have air conditioning, no TV in room, a fan and marble bathrooms with Italian-style showers with no door and separate WC. WiFi access is available free of charge in all the property. We were recommended to stay here by friends and we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. Leo, the owner, was far more than a hotelier. He was a source of great advice of what to do, where to go, where to eat (the food was some of the best we had in our trip) and everything else you could want to know. The room was delightful and had a wonderful balcony view over the small square. Although our room was on the street-front, it was quiet and peaceful. The hotel's location was excellent as well, being central and easily accessible to most popular places in Merida by foot or short car journey. Parking was very easy and we never had a problem getting a space directly outside the front of the hotel - in part because Leo ensures that there is always space for guests. In summary, don't bother looking any further for where to stay. Book here if you can and you won't be disappointed.

Offering an outdoor swimming pool and free breakfast, the Diplomat Hotel is located within Mérida's historic centre, 1 km from the Plaza Grande Park and 800 metres from the Zoo. Free WiFi access is available throughout. The Diplomat is a beautifully designed boutique hotel in a wonderfully relaxed setting. From the moment we stepped through the door we were so warmly welcomed by Sara, Eric and their team and loved every minute of our stay. The welcome margarita was the best of our 3 week stay in Mexico (we tried many!) and our enormous room, which opened onto the pool terrace was simply perfect. Sara organised massages in our room on our first evening and her restaurant suggestions were perfect. We had already booked a guide (Raul Gil +52 999 157 9312) who, by coincidence, turned out to be the guide that The Diplomat used. He was fantastic and took us for a great day out to the Celustan, followed by visits to an old Hacienda and Uxmal (in our opinion a way better experience than Chichen Itza). The delicious breakfasts at the hotel were different each day and it was a treat to have afternoon tea!

ADO International Bus Station is 400 metres away and Playa del Carmen Maritime Terminal is 400 metres from the hotel. The place was super clean, nice and welcoming and the staff were lovely. Special thanks to Jess who helped with everything I needed and magda who was very nice.

Featuring room service, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Certain units at the property feature a balcony with a sea view. Everything! This was easily the BEST service that we have ever had in our lives of traveling. The whole team at Carocal are so welcoming, friendly and helpful from the very moment you arrive until the moment you leave. If you’re sitting out on the beach sun lounges for sunset, staff bring you glasses of champagne to enjoy while you watch it go down. Every single night, someone brings a new mini dessert to your room and if you’re not there, they leave it in your bar fridge for you so it’s always so nice to come home to! We were even offered a cheese platter and bottle of wine to enjoy on our last night there but we were out in town so missed it - but the thought was very kind and we really appreciated it! Special shout out to Angel who remembered our preferences for breakfast every morning.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, Elements of the Island is located in Isla Mujeres. Guests can benefit from a patio and a sun terrace. The apartment provides a restaurant serving American cuisine, as well as free WiFi throughout the property. Our whole stay was really nice. The room was very comfortable and well located. There were even beach chairs and umbrellas for our use. Majid was very helpful and communicative from the beginning. He also helped us change our reservation due to a coming hurricane. Thanks a million Majid.
