The owner from Nice gave us some of the best service we have ever received. He upgraded our room without charge for our honeymoon, drew us a map of Merida with recommendations, carried our luggage to the room, made sure we had cold water for the night, and much more. 10/10. Super cute hotel and outdoor area as well.

Free WiFi access is available throughout. What an amazing place to stay! The hotel is beautiful with a wonderful attention to detail. Everything is intentional and looks-and smells-stunning! But the staff and owners are even better than the hotel-and that is really saying something. We were contacted before we arrived asking if they would have snacks and margaritas ready for us when we arrived. They also asked if we had any dietary restrictions. I am gluten free and they kindly made everything gluten free for me!! To include snacks, breakfast and fresh cookies in our room each day! They also made us dinner reservations for every night and made sure they knew I was gluten free. Now, to talk about my favorite part, other than the amazingly kind staff and owners. The breakfasts!!!! They were beyond delicious, and I am very picky. Each day was not only stunning to look at but some of the best food I have eaten in my life. I know their chef will have an amazing culinary career. The owners are so lucky to have found her! A huge thank you to the absolutely amazing staff and owners! I have never felt better taken care of in my life and was greeted with so much kindness!!! I hope I can come back soon!! *I’m terrible at taking pictures, so just know, they do not do the food or place justice

Casa del Maya has concierge services, luggage storage and gardens to offer its guests. My husband stayed for a week in February and was ill at the beginning of his stay. George & Sarah, the owners, and Aaron, the manager, were very kind and helpful in picking up things he needed for his recovery, and also booking some onward travel for him. We really appreciate their kindness and consideration and highly recommend staying at this beautiful bed and breakfast.

Surrounded by attractive gardens, it offers an à la carte restaurant and free parking. What an amazing hotel! Decor is beautiful, staff are attentive and friendly, and the restaurant is STUNNING! Would absolutely recommend to stay here.

This 5-star hotel offers a concierge service, a tour desk and free WiFi. The property is 1.8 km from Main Square, and within 1.7 km of the city centre. We booked online and arrived 15 minutes later at the hotel (slightly earlier than normal check-in time at 3pm). We assumed we'd need to wait given we had only just reserved, but they had the reservation already noted and the room ready for us. The hotel is small and personal, with very well designed spaces and parking - and just a short walk to the Monetejo. Perfect for us.
